# I want to use my license on a new computer, but I no longer have access to the old one to deactivate it.

If you can't deactivate the license from within the app, please visit License Manager (opens in a new tab).

You can uninstall the license once within 14 days. Continuously swapping the license between multiple computers is not supported.
