Floris is a digital love letter to classic falling block games like Tetris and Dr. Mario.
Floris is unique in that instead of moving the falling piece, the player rotates a circular board. Floris was inspired by the psychological concept of "flow theory" and strives to achieve balance between complexity and engagement.
The result is a highly addictive, engaging, intelligent, and fun puzzler.
Floris features 5 gorgeous background music tracks that were composed specifically for the game.
TexturePacker made supporting multiple resolutions and devices a breeze. It is a fundamental tool for 2D game development, and I wouldn't even think of making a game without it.
Simple interface, complex features, really it's a no brainer.
Without doubt my favorite feature is support for multiple resolution export. The scaling is phenomenal and looks crisp and perfect. I also really like the NPOT texture support and sprite trimming.
