When saving, should empty translations be saved or skipped?

This can be customized in Toolbar → Configuration: Use the checkbox "Save empty translations" to choose whether empty translations should be skipped or saved as empty entries.

Note: Translation IDs are always saved for the source language. If no source language is set, this option is unavailable, and empty translations will be written by default.
