I want terms changed/added/removed from the license agreement (EULA).

Please understand that we are software developers, not legal experts in international law.

Our current license agreement was created by a qualified attorney. We cannot simply modify individual terms, but we can offer you a custom license agreement under the following conditions:

• Entering a discussion about modifying license terms requires an upfront payment of 2500€, regardless of the outcome.
• Do not submit any proposed changes until this payment has been made.
• You must send us the exact changes you require in the license agreement. We accept submissions in English or German. German is preferred, as it may reduce the cost of translating your proposal.
• Please do not send terms that are solely one-sided or clearly disadvantageous to us. We are open to fair negotiations but cannot spend our resources on non-viable proposals.
• We will have our legal consultant review your proposed changes. If the legal fees exceed the initial 2500€, you agree to cover any additional costs.
• We will agree to the modified terms only if both we and our legal advisor find them acceptable.
• If you do not agree to all of the above, please do not contact us regarding license term changes.
