I've entered my license key, but now it’s asking for an "old license key"!

You've entered an upgrade license key, which is meant to renew an existing Single User or Volume license. It cannot be used on its own.

Please enter the original license key as the "old license key". Once both keys are linked, you won't be prompted for the old key again.
