How can I update a volume license and add additional seats?

This is a two-step process, which you can do on the license management page

  1. Upgrade your existing license. Important: Do not change the number of seats during checkout - this will not work!

    upgrade an expired volume license

  2. Add additional seats - you can do this after the upgrade:

    add seats to a volume license
